Returning Your Goods

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a  14 days returns policy where you can return any unused item(s), in its original packaging with tags still attached, provided that it is in a resalable condition.

Simply email with your reason for return with your order/invoice number to obtain a RMA number. On receipt of the RMA number, please send your order in the original packaging to

We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service and that you package your item(s) with care to ensure a safe return to the support centre. As soon as we receive your return we will process the refund to your original form of payment. Please be aware that any postage charges incurred by returning your item(s) to us will not be refunded. You are responsible for the return of the item(s) to us.

If you are unable to return your item(s) to us, don’t worry, we can arrange for our courier to collect your item(s).
